- Support inventory control for office supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with remote teams across Boston and Texas locations
- Handle basic administrative tasks like data entry and report compilation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of office administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Ability to adapt to hybrid workflows between Boston and Texas teams
