Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail handling, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executives
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate office events
- Perform data entry and generate routine reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for vendor communications and service requests
- Support accounting department with invoice processing and expense tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in office settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
