Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling weekend meetings and maintaining the office calendar.
- Document Management: Sort, distribute, and scan incoming correspondence and documents.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure common areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into office management systems and spreadsheets.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external service providers for office repairs or deliveries.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
