Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Manage digital and physical filing systems for organized record-keeping
- Support weekend office operations including mail processing and supply management
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person inquiries
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure continuity of operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with minimum 40 WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
