Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Sort, stamp, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, contracts, and documents for the upcoming workweek.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with basic reception duties during office hours to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
