- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Coordinate weekend meetings and maintain conference room schedules
- Handle basic administrative tasks: document scanning, filing, and report generation
- Assist with office inventory management and supply procurement
- Support cross-departmental projects with data entry and document preparation
- Maintain clean, organized office environment and safety protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend vendor deliveries and service requests
Qualifications
