- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and expense reporting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common workspaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
