Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings, including room bookings and catering logistics.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
