Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution.
- Support the team with scheduling and calendar management.
- Handle inquiries from clients and vendors promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
