Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and routing emails promptly.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare and organize meeting rooms, documents, and materials for client presentations.
- Assist with inventory management and basic supply ordering for the office.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for occasional filing or supply retrieval.
