Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including answering multi-line phones and greeting visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and hard copy filing systems.
- Coordinate internal meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for senior management.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Assist with office supply inventory, procurement, and general facility upkeep.
- Support the finance and HR departments with basic administrative tasks and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or reception role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests.
