Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry: Input, update, and maintain records in our CRM and internal databases with 99% accuracy.
- Manage incoming communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Organize office operations: Manage filing systems, mail distribution, and supply inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Schedule and coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating internal meetings.
- Customer Support: Provide general administrative support to clients and team members as needed.
- Report Generation: Assist in compiling basic reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Proven typing skills (35+ WPM) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
