About the Role:
In this dual-role position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and manage critical administrative data. We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running and maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and data integrity.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Screen and redirect incoming calls, take detailed messages, and manage the corporate calendar.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies and coordinating meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reception, administrative support, or data entry.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability for a standard full-time schedule.
