We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. Based in Nashville, this role is essential to our operations, bridging the gap between administrative coordination and critical data management.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-speed, high-accuracy data entry into various CRM and database systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email filtering and phone support.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct light bookkeeping tasks, including expense reporting and invoice verification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
