- Handle incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and calendar management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with basic IT troubleshooting or equipment setup.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required.
- Assist the administrative team with data entry and document filing to ensure organized records.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in an office or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in administrative support are a plus.
