Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Process office correspondence, mail, and supply inventory management
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents with attention to detail
- Support HR functions including onboarding and record maintenance
- Coordinate office events and maintain professional presentation spaces
- Assist with expense reporting and vendor relationship management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Discretion with confidential information and sensitive matters
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
