Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily operations of the front office, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line telephones.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying with high accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and overnight delivery services.
- Assist in the coordination of office meetings and appointments, ensuring calendars are up to date.
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
