Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications and meeting materials.
- Assist in payroll processing and expense reporting as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for department heads.
- Manage office inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
