Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary meeting materials.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies and placing orders.
- Provide general administrative support to department heads and team members.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to ensure a smooth reception experience.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as expense reports and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an office administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
