- Data Entry & Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update databases, and prepare reports as requested.
- Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and ensure the workspace remains organized and stocked.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office support or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
