Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk operations, greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately.
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy, ensuring all digital records are current and organized.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments using calendar software.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, to support administrative functions.
- Assist with general office duties, including mail distribution, supply inventory, and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely data processing and reporting.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45-50 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
