Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document management systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Compose and distribute professional communications including emails, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and serve as primary point of contact for inquiries

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience in a corporate environment
