- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and distribute departmental memos.
- Maintain office inventory, restock supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management using digital systems.
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
