Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and answer multi-line phones with a professional tone.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management to ensure records are up to date.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order necessary office supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked workspace.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and employees with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Event Coordination: Help organize company events, team meetings, and community outreach activities.
- Report Generation: Assist in preparing basic reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in an office administration or general clerical role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software or office management systems is a plus.
