- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file important documents and records with the highest level of accuracy.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Communication: Draft and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and external correspondence.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
