Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Documentation: Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and prepare, compile, and distribute reports.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Communication: Draft and proofread professional emails, memos, and internal correspondence to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Office Management: Monitor office inventory, order supplies, and ensure the workspace is organized and well-maintained.
- Event Support: Assist in the organization of company events, team meetings, and internal activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (1-2 years) in an office administration, clerical, or receptionist role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
