Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and preparing presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately, and providing general administrative support.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
