Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support administrative staff with various ad-hoc projects and event coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
