Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials.
- Maintain and organize office inventory, supplies, and equipment, reordering as needed.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, and document formatting.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
