Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Manage daily front-desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones with a professional demeanor.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and room bookings are confirmed.</li><li>Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.</li><li>Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and general correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Order and maintain office supplies inventory, placing reorders as needed to prevent shortages.</li><li>Support the HR department with onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration or executive assistant role.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.</li><li>Must be detail-oriented and capable of performing data entry with high accuracy.</li></ul>
