Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with a professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and mail, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare presentation materials.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for the department.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies and equipment.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company protocols and standards.
