- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, presentation materials, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Coordinate office events and team building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain office inventory, including office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks, including expense reporting and bank deposits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
