Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply management and vendor relations.
- Support executive teams with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and grammar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
- Relevant experience in the Boston or New York metro area is a plus.
