Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and booking conference rooms.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and preparation of presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Support the administrative team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office administration or assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
