Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and packages.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and schedule appointments for management staff.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
