Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with payroll documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
