- Perform high-volume data entry with 99%+ accuracy into CRM and ERP systems
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized physical records
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Support cross-departmental projects with administrative tasks
- Handle incoming communications professionally and route inquiries
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 50+ WPM typing speed
