Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating office events and conferences.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, payroll support, and inventory management.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
