Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and generating reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.

Qualifications
