Responsibilities
- Answer and screen phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence and meeting agendas.
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure a professional reception area experience.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Support the management team with travel arrangements and scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
