Responsibilities

- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meeting rooms, and manage executive calendars.
- Prepare internal documents, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
