Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all digital records are up-to-date.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail, with a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide excellent internal support to colleagues.
- Process invoices and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar data entry role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and the ability to detect and correct errors quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule.
