Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and accuracy.
- Prepare, compile, and present reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
- Coordinate office events and manage internal communications to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of accurate records and filing systems.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the executive team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible schedule environment.
