- Customer Relations: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones professionally, and respond to general inquiries.
- Event Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.

- Schedule Management: Maintain the supervisor's calendar, manage appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Qualifications
