Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, routing calls and messages appropriately.
- Organize and maintain confidential filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, team meetings, and client refreshments.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Support the procurement of office supplies and equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
