Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in data entry tasks and generate weekly reports for management review.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the Charlotte business community is a plus.
