Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate weekend schedules and manage calendars for department heads.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Monday morning review.
- Perform general office upkeep, including restocking supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
