Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and maintain digital filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including package deliveries and courier services.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; relevant administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
