Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and memos, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory, placing reorders as needed.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors, providing a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
