Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently while managing a high volume of inquiries.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management staff to ensure optimal time management.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
